FORTH.travel is a travel experience provider that curates unique travel group trips. (or JODA.studio, the registered name under which FORTH.travel operates). By booking a trip with FORTH.travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
The trip is primarily aimed at individuals aged 25-40, but participants must be at least 21 years old at the time of travel to join a FORTH.travel trip.
3. Payments & Pricing
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Payments must be made via debit or credit card through WeTravel.
If paying in full, you may request a refund within 5 days of payment. After this period, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
If paying in installments, you may request a refund for your first installment only (not the deposit) within 5 days of making the payment. All further payments are non-refundable.
No refunds will be granted for payments made within 60 days of the trip start date, even if paid in full.

4. Cancellations & Changes
If you choose to cancel your booking, no refunds will be provided beyond the terms stated above.
FORTH.travel reserves the right to reschedule a trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic, natural disaster, or other significant disruptions. Any rescheduled trip will be at the sole discretion of FORTH.travel.
In the event that FORTH.travel cancels the trip, a full refund of the total amounts paid will be issued to participants, except for any unrecoverable costs, including but not limited to deposits made to suppliers or any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred in organising the trip.
5. Travel Insurance & Required Documentation
Travel insurance is mandatory for all FORTH.travel trips.
Participants must provide proof of a valid policy before the trip start date.
Your insurance must cover:
Medical emergencies and treatment
Repatriation and evacuation expenses
Trip cancellations, delays, or interruptions
Theft and loss of electronic or valuable items
Any adventurous activities you plan to participate in
It is your responsibility to understand the details of your policy and confirm that it covers all activities included in the trip itinerary. Ensure there are no exclusions that may limit your coverage.
FORTH.travel strongly recommends purchasing trip cancellation insurance to cover non-refundable expenses should the trip be canceled, postponed, interrupted, or rescheduled.
You agree to assume full responsibility for any medical costs or emergency transportation during the trip. FORTH.travel is not liable for medical care, evacuations, or insurance claims.
Travellers must ensure they are physically, mentally and medically fit for the trip. FORTH.travel is not liable for any pre-existing conditions or health complications during the trip.
6. Expenses & Participant Conduct
The following expenses are not included in your trip cost and are the responsibility of each traveller:
Airfare (international and domestic flights)
Travel insurance
Passports & visas, including any associated fees
Excess baggage charges
Gratuities/tips for guides, drivers, and service staff
Personal expenses, including food and alcohol (outside of itinerary items listed), laundry services, communication costs, etc.
Medical or Covid-related expenses (e.g. Medical expenses, hospital bills, testing, quarantine)
International departure taxes
Additional excursions or activities not included in the trip package
FORTH.travel is not responsible for deposits, payments, policies, or penalties related to third-party services (e.g. airline tickets, independent hotel bookings).
FORTH.travel reserves the right to remove any traveller from the trip without refund if their behavior disrupts the group or violates laws or trip guidelines (e.g. abusive behavior, excessive intoxication, failure to follow rules).
7. Payments & Cancellations
FORTH.travel offers an automatic payment plan through WeTravel to make installment payments easier. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method is valid and that funds are available when payments are due.
Travellers are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or payment processing fees associated with their bookings. The final payment amount may vary due to exchange rates or financial institution policies.
If a payment fails, you will be notified and given 48 hours to update your payment details. If payment fails twice, FORTH.travel reserves the right to cancel your booking.
8. Liability & Responsibility
FORTH.travel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by third parties, natural disasters, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Participants assume full responsibility for their safety, belongings, and travel arrangements outside what is listed in the itinerary.
FORTH.travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, war, government actions, airline disruptions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the trip, but refunds may not be possible due to non-recoverable costs.
9. Unused Services & Early Departures
There will be no refunds for any unused portion of the trip once it has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:
Early departures
Late arrivals
Missed activities or itinerary days for any reason
Your decision not to participate in the trip due to governmental warnings, travel advisories, personal concerns, or illness
If a disruption caused by unforeseen events prevents the group trip from commencing, FORTH.travel will offer as much flexibility as possible however, any rescheduled trip will be at the sole discretion of FORTH.travel. The standard cancellation policy will still apply if you choose to cancel.
There are no exceptions to our refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, civil unrest, personal or family emergencies, medical issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.
10. Cancellations, Changes & Flexibility
FORTH.travel reserves the right to cancel, alter, or modify any trip at our discretion without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to the safety and comfort of travellers or circumstances of Force Majeure (as defined in this agreement).
This may include, but is not limited to:
Rescheduling, postponing, or delaying a trip
Changing accommodations, guides, or transportation
Modifying the itinerary, route, or order of destinations
Replacing activities with suitable alternatives
You acknowledge that local circumstances or events, such as mechanical breakdowns, flight cancellations, illness, strikes, political disruptions, weather conditions, border restrictions, or supplier issues (e.g. bankruptcy) may require us to make unforeseen adjustments before or during the trip.
If a significant change occurs before departure due to a supplier issue, FORTH.travel will inform travellers as soon as reasonably possible and provide any available alternatives.
Decisions made by FORTH.travel regarding these changes will be final.
11. traveller Responsibilities & Required Documentation
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid, up to date, and in your possession for the entire duration of the trip. This includes, but is not limited to:
A valid passport (with validity based on the destination’s entry requirements)
Required visas for each country on your itinerary
Proof of vaccinations or other health-related entry requirements
Any other necessary travel documentation
We strongly recommend that you check with the appropriate government embassy for the most up-to-date entry requirements well in advance of your departure.
FORTH.travel is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or expired traveller documents. If you are unable to join your trip due to missing or invalid travel documentation, you will not be eligible for a refund as per the cancellation terms outlined in this agreement. Any additional costs incurred to resolve documentation issues will be your sole responsibility.
12. Content Creation & Media Usage
As part of your trip experience with FORTH.travel, we will be hosting content creation sessions designed to support and assist travellers in capturing high-quality content for their own personal use.
By joining this trip, you acknowledge and agree that:
Any content that you create during the trip is your own, and you are free to use it as you wish.
Any content captured by FORTH.travel and its representatives (including but not limited to photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes footage) will be owned by FORTH.travel and may be used for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes across all platforms, including social media, websites, advertising, and other promotional materials.
You grant FORTH.travel the unlimited, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, and distribute any media in which you may appear, without requiring further consent or compensation.
By participating in this trip, you agree that all recorded content by FORTH.travel and its representatives remains the property of FORTH.travel, and you waive any claims related to the use of your likeness in promotional materials.
While FORTH.travel will facilitate content creation sessions to assist travellers in capturing high-quality media, these sessions take place in various public and private locations, where FORTH.travel has no control over external factors such as theft, property damage, or personal safety risks.
By participating in these sessions, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own personal safety and belongings. FORTH.travel will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property (including cameras, phones, drones, or other equipment) or for any physical harm, attack, or altercation that may occur during these activities.
13. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By participating in a trip organised by FORTH.travel, you acknowledge that travel inherently involves risks, including but not limited to theft, loss of personal belongings, physical injury, illness, accidents, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other unforeseen circumstances.
FORTH.travel is not liable for any theft, loss, or damages to personal belongings during the trip, including but not limited to incidents occurring at accommodations, during activities, in transit, or at content creation sessions. While we will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe experience, you are solely responsible for securing your belongings and taking personal safety measures at all times.
Furthermore, FORTH.travel is not responsible for any incidents involving third parties, including but not limited to local vendors, service providers, or other participants. You acknowledge that participation in any activity is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with it.
It is strongly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers theft, loss, and personal liability to mitigate any potential financial losses.
14. Drug & Alcohol Policy
FORTH.travel does not tolerate the use of illegal drugs of any kind during its trips. We strongly encourage responsible alcohol consumption.
This policy is in place for the safety and well-being of all participants.
FORTH.travel reserves the right to remove any participant from an activity or the remainder of the trip at your sole expense if you engage in the illegal use of drugs, or any other banned substances during the trip.
15. Indemnity Clause
You agree to indemnify and hold FORTH.travel, its affiliates, employees, agents, and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the trip, including any acts of negligence, misconduct, or failure to comply with the trip guidelines.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
FORTH.travel collects personal information only for the purpose of processing your booking, trip arrangements, and related communication. We will not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary for trip logistics (e.g. accommodation, activity providers, group communication)
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably through negotiation, the parties agree to attempt mediation before proceeding to arbitration.
If the dispute is not resolved through mediation or arbitration, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. Updates to Terms & Conditions
FORTH.travel reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. If any updates or changes are made, an updated copy will be available upon request. You may contact us via email to obtain the most current version of the terms.
By booking a trip with FORTH.travel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
